Chris goes on a 4-day fast with Dr. Peter Attia. In the end he decides to

  • Fast till midday 3x a week
  • Fast 24hrs once a month

E#4 Exercise

Chris trains to rope-climb and learns the importance of endurance work and so he decides to

  • Endurance training - 2 hours a week
  • Incorporate non-gym exercises to train natural movements
  • Do climbing exercises to work all his muscles and not just the big ones
